Eating creative, neo-japanese cuisine in space that's part Blade Runner, part ancient Kyoto, and part Manga makes the Daikaiya experience a memorable one. Some of my favs off the menu include the chicken and waffles dish which combines lightly fried but still flavorful karaage chicken and an azuki bean waffle, the nori salted, ponzu sauce filled grilled avocado, and chilled cucumber salad topped with razor thin slices of chili, fried garlic, and covered in ground sesame seeds.
