Up until this experience, I had good service at Cueter. Now, I am never going there again.
I had work done on my car. They estimated me for an amount, then what I paid was half of that. So I paid and got my car back. Two days later they called saying there was a mistake inputing labor into the computer....and then the cashier didn't catch the error before cashing me out. They wanted me to come back and pay more to cover THEIR MISTAKE with paperwork.... If I didn't pay they would have taken me to small claims court. I just think that this incident was very unprofessional. Everyone I talked to about this said it was unprofessional. Like what business calls you back for money after you paid.....
