Avoid this place at all cost! I called and asked about their free trial week and they said to come in and sign up. I worked out there for 2 days with no issue. Teagen whom I spoke to on the phone helped me and she was very nice and polite. I come in on the third day and I was approached by another staff member stating that I was misinformed and it's $10 a day. I said sure that's fine I would pay on the way out since I was in the middle of my workout as she insisted. Then the operations manager, the big fat blonde haired butch looking woman with glasses, who clearly is racist and totally discriminating me, came up to me and said that I have to leave because I don't reside in NY and can't be an out of towner for the trial and that her employees are new so they gave me the wrong information about the trial. So then train your employees, if you're their manager for crying out loud. As the only minority in the building and I know that I was targeted. She told me to leave with her arms crossed like I did something wrong and she didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to become a member. I have never been so insulted and embarrassed in all my years born and raised US citizen, if that even matters to her. The following day I went to retrieve my sign in sheet with all my information because I was reminded with an email regarding the gym, which of course I unsubscribed to immediately. The same blonde butch looking lady told me to come back in 2hours because it's in the back office and she doesn't have the keys. Manager with no keys to the back office? Come on who are you kidding. Teagan who was working the front desk finds it in the front desk drawer. Being fed up with her incompetence, I left with regrets of even entering the building in the first place. Teagen herself said, I don't know what's wrong with her and tried to apologize but she didn't have to apologize for her manager's ignorance. If i could I would put ZERO stars!!! There are far more better, updated and cleaner gyms near by. I hope they fire her! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
