THIS IS A SCAM!!! this is not a legit company. I have got a power chord pulled out of the wall and taped by duct tape. And when I try to get someone to come out and see the issue, they keep asking me these so many questions until they get some thing to say "you are not cover for this". And I was so angry I want to stop by their office and she said ok you can come and then a little later she said you can not come the office is only for the employee to work not for the customers to come and complain.
