Horrible experience onthe phone this lady by the name of Ivette is the worst person that has ever answer the phone to me in my life. She had like an African accent and after I ask her the first question she told me she cannot answer another question and hung up the phone. Then I called back and he tells me not to call back that if I don t I agree with what she answers to call somewhere else and to stop calling there. I felt so humiliated I couldn t believe it she was Beyond rude and make me feel really stupid. I m traveling with my children I m a single mom I already bought everything on my trip and I don t wanna get to customs in Barcelona and for them to say oh you didn t bring this you forgot that you can t come in it is obvious that I am going to ask questions in detail I invested a lot of money on my trip. I just needed someone to just answer two questions that I had I m so upset about this right now I just hung up with this person.
