The reason I am giving Rise 5 stars is for one reason, Candace Brassel. She has been the most amazing manager we, as a community, have ever had. I've owned my home for many years and several other homes and have been on quite a few boards and have never had such as pleasant experience. Candace is an exemplary employee that others can learn from. She is the only one the ever replies to my emails and returns my phone calls the same day. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is, she is always there when we need her. She definitely deserves a promotion and recognition for her hard work. I don't even think she ever takes time off because she cares so much. THANK YOU RISE FOR HIRING CANDACE AND thank you CANDACE FOR YOUR SERVICES!!!
