After visiting 2 other BMW dealerships in the past 3-4 weeks, I decided to have a chat with the Team at MelbourneBMW. Within the first couple of minutes, I knew this place was different. The level of service I got from Tommy Chen was next to none. Tommy straight away was 100% trying to help me (not like the other BMW dealerships) and made me feel at ease. Tommy has earnt all 5 stars on this feedback. We need more people like Tommy in this industry. Well done to Tommy and Team for providing exceptional Customer service.
