My name is Amir Georgy and this was my first visit to Egypt in a while,,i would like to thank the hotel management team for the excellent work they are doing to maintain the best customer service with international standard special thanks to Mr Emad Samaan and Daoud in reservations and Mr Ayman Saad at the restaurant who were treating me with extra care.
this hotel has best customer service level you can ever get in Egypt
food was above excellent/ beach was clean/room was very comfy.

the only 2 comments that i need to bring to the management attention are:the cart that transfer customers to the beach was always late on both ways and i noticed that the drivers hang around quite often and i may recommend using 2 carts for both ways all the time for both directions because during my stay there was only one cart working all the time and sometimes i waited more that 15 min in such hot weather.
2nd the diving center was far below level, i only took one trip to Gifton island and the only good thing with the nice service from our guide Fady and Bassem BUT the food was not ok at all no dessert provides NO COLD DRINKS or bottled water provided plus a hygienic DISASTER done by one of the stuff who was using his bare hand to put ice at the drinking water which i can grantee was NOT bottles just tap water, i do not blame the poor guy but i blame the management who did not put a qualified person for food and beverage on board of the boat,and although the diving center is independent but this image is reflected back on stiegenberger...hope next time that diving center will be under direct supervision from the hotel.
