Probably the best experience I've had in a Bob's Furniture store. The customer service was superb. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Giacomo and Judy helped me get exactly what I wanted and explained the Goof Proof Protection plan and how I would benefit. They were both so welcoming, and they made me feel part of a family.
