JLM is not your typical recruitment agency; they seek out candidates with who not only possess an incredible skill set, but soft skills as well. Thanks to JLM for placing me in a fantastic role that will only open more doors for me in the civil construction and engineering arena! Year #3 of moving forward. JLM pride themselves in forging & maintaining relationships with their employees as well as their clients via onsite periodic visits to the site offices, whereas most recruitment agencies do not. I get an immediate response and support whenever I have any questions or concerns. After my 1st year, I was asked if there was anything they could improve upon.
