What had been a pleasant car buying experience turned sour when the finance manager prepared the contract using a bank that was different than the one we specifically requested, JSC. We're senior citizens, it was after closing time and I foolishly didn't read the contract closely enough. So, we signed up to financing at a half percent more than I could have gotten at JSC. Not a big deal, but I feel like we may have been taken a little advantage of. Next time, if there is one, I'll pay closer attention to the details and most certainly work with a different finance manager.
