I drove all the way from Katy to pick up a specific truck I had them all. Upon arriving they had sold a vehicle I had verified was still available only 1 hour before arriving. The sales team was very rude and pushy and try to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle $8000 more than the one I went there to buy. They also attempted to stick me with a loan that had an interest rate of over 8% when every other dealership I had looked into was offering 2.9%. They then attempted to stick a whole bunch of extras on the total thinking I wouldn t notice. Long story short I went to Toyota of Katy and was treated right and given the agreed upon deal without any waste of time.
