The concept is good, but ends there. Half the visitors appear to be foreigners, but the staff do not speak other languages. For the price charged, one would have expected a lot more. The lines are long like a cattle herd, the whole goal is to keep the line organized and usher you inside. There is no provision for strollers or disabled people. There is no explanation, not even instructions to download the app by QR code that you see posted on the wall. There is no list of the exhibits, and it says there are no routes to follow upon entering. It's so dark inside that you cannot find your way around. It's like being in a maze and you have no idea where the next exhibit is or if you saw the ones you wished to see. On top of that most of the exhibit lights create disorientation and anxiety, only a few are soothing or interesting. I did not see anyone leaving with a look of satisfaction or a smile.
