This place is horrible!! I bought my vehicle there...

This place is horrible!! I bought my vehicle there and was taking it for service. The service department never answers the phone but yet they want you to have an appointment. One time they didn't actually change the oil in my car. Another time I paid for a detail and I could see the water when it dried on the car. They hit a curve and dented my car and refuse to take ownership of what happened. And last time I had a battery replace under warranty less then a year ago and the battery died again. They refuse to exchange it because the car was out of warranty and did not provide any options and the service manager was not very helpful. Yet every time I was there for service the sales person would go in there and try to sell me a car. I will be reporting this place to the BBB and will be writing everybody I can. DO NOT DO BUSSINES WITH THIS PLACE.
