Got a room far away from main area and on level 3 ...

Got a room far away from main area and on level 3 (no lifts) which was already a big negative travelling with 2 small kids.
There were heaps of mosquitoes in the way to and from the rooms as well.
Asked about their buffet breakfast and it was $30+ pp which seems quite expensive.
To top it off, woke up at night noticing something crawling on the wall which we found to be an enormous cockroach.
Never again sorry!
