Bought a car last year from Ada. She is super friendly. I would go to her again. Came in today for 2nd service from the ECP plan. Proceed to be told that it was cancelled/deleted. Spent the next hour waiting and running around trying to figure out what happened. Apparently no one knows. Ended up being able to get the service done but plan needs to be looked into after 3 hours of being there.
