Hi "Brian Clough". We have checked our database thoroughly and can not find any record of your repair. As a policy we would never remove customer data, interrogate drives or investigate any area of a customers machine. We are authorised and audited by Apple to the highest standards and conform to all data protection policies.

We are more than happy for any customer to audit our process, premises and staff should they ever wish to. I am however expecting with a name like "Brain Clough" we will never hear from you again.
