We've had help from Robin and her team on financing/refinancing a couple of homes over the past 12 years and have had excellent support throughout. The processes has been predictable, costs have been comparable with others and the rates have been excellent. We just completed a refinancing and received the same excellent service remotely from Africa. While the logistics challenges, including COVID, were more complicated, the resulting process for us was again simple and straightforward.
