It's a neat place to visit at least once. Really enjoyed the rock formations. We went in mid July and it was ridiculously hot. I would suggest spring or early fall. We did the panorama trail hike, about 6 miles in length. Some cool things to see. Don't attempt without plenty of water. I went through 2 litres by the time I finished, but then again, it was hot when I went
