This place is not worth half of what the room rate is. The service at the excutive room checking is 0 stars. Every person spoke to was rude and unhelpful. The executive lounge is a joke! I'd compare it to a terrible airport lounge! For cocktail hour the variety was limited to say the best, and that's when there was food there! The coffee machine was broken with no substitute! No water bottles, if you want water it's from a water jug with a tap which at times was empty. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just tap water also. I'm generous with my 2 stars because the location is good. The pool is very basic and the jacuzzi didn't work! Save your money and go somewhere else. This place seemed to be a trap mainly for Japanese tourists.
