I arrived ready to buy my dream jeep. A 4-door Red Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I walked in and was greeted by Dwight and we got right to business. He tossed me the keys to a Black 2D Wrangler Sport so I could get a feel for a 2 Door. I LOVED it though it was not the color I wanted. Dwight ran numbers to order the one I wanted and it was above my set budget so we worked with the black one. It was a big choice for me to make so I took my time and Dwight was patient with me. During my thought process Dwight threw out the statement of "it doesn't effect me if you buy this jeep or not. I don't need the sale so do whatever you want" and that was aggravating because I didn't come here to give him a sale, I came to buy my vehicle and not having any assistance or guidance was making it difficult. His attempt to "sell" the jeep to me was reading the paper out of the window to tell me what it was equipped with. He didn't follow me to the Jeep before the test ride to tell me ANYTHING about the jeep. He did not meet me when I returned except for once and he did not approach me, he sat in the golf cart waiting for me. - I arrived around 1 pm I believed and by 4:30 he said he was leaving in 30 mins for personal reasons. I then made up my mind that I wanted to jeep and he introduced me over to Bernardo and he is what saved this review. He was GREAT! He had a great personality, he did his job well, and helped me through each step. I then worked with the finance person, Peter, who was just as pleasant to work with. After all the paperwork, I left to move my belongings over from my car to my new Jeep and Bernardo followed me out. Asked me if I felt good about my Jeep knowledge and I said no, none of the features were shown to me. He quickly picked up the slack and went over EVERYTHING. Even how to take the tops off. He even gave my jeep a better smell than a new car smell (He will understand that reference). Dwight, understand people don't come in to help you make a sale, they come in to buy what they want or need. Give the customer time to talk about themselves and what they are looking for.. Bernardo, keep it up, you did great! Peter, Thank you for matching my excitement with this great purchase!
