Whenever I've taken my car into McDonough Toyota, I've been greeted right away . My point of contact has been Ms. Michelle Murphy (Service Advisor) she has proven to be a valued asset to Toyota of McDonough through her professionalism and product knowledge. She has demonstrated these traits from the question and concerns I have posed to her on a number of occasions. She is extremely dependable and conscientious . The service techs have always been very helpful. I'm treated like a valued customer, and they get my car taken care of in a timely manner. They even wash it ,what a wonderful surprise. It's always been a very good experience for me, and I feel that I can always trust them.
