The last 2 years there is a downward line in my opinion.
The experience of today (13-2) is completely sad.
It is therefore no longer possible to get the policy you want to speak directly on the line.
A telephonist will now evaluate when the relevant policy you want to speak will call you back.
A bad and not patient-friendly development!

In addition to the above, 19-2. No poli on the phone. Does not say when there is a call. Apparently just at the moment that it was not possible to take a telephone. No response after 2 attempts. How bad can it be !!!
