The sister chapel at 0745 with nobody in it is awesome, it's silent, peaceful, and you can sit and admire the magnificent artwork - totally different then an hour later. If you can, get early access to get in before everyone else to see that and the Raphael's. The rest of the museum was awesome in size and has quite the varied collection. I would recommend picking the collections you are most interested in and skipping the rest.
