I have been asked to remove my review but instead I will review and edit my review since the association reach out to me to clarify that the issues are indeed being worked on and they will be handled shortly but that time is needed. However that does not excuse the fact that Mauricio and urban resources has be negligent with communication because even if you do not have an answer and you are still waiting for a response the decent thing to do is to first acknowledge the fact I have I emailed you all multiple times following up on issues that have been on going for 5 months. All of which I only have information on because I call and try to get the update on my own because a rusted washing machine is a health issue and of urgency and that s after call after call and email after email to the point where I was driven to write this review to get some kind of attention to get some answers because my calls were constantly avoided and my emails have not been answered. So while I understand that there is a chain of command and a process to follow and his hands are tied until a check is cut and approval is give the least Urban Resources and in this case Mauricio because he is our property Manager here at 69 Byron ave could have done to be a better ambassador for Urban Resources is reply and have straight forward communication and not stay radio silent. We are people living in the building looking for a solution a healthy one. It s unfortunate that I had to come onto google to write a review to get your attention when all of this could ve been avoided with simple GOOD service and communication. That is my honest review. Oh and he still lied about having answered to all of my emails when he called me after finding out about the review telling me he had answered my emails and knowingly never did. I do not retract that because he is not a professional individual and I stand by my words I am not happy with his service or the fact that I sent a lengthy email to his boss Javier informing him on how poorly his service was only to receive the same radio silence. Once your service improves so will your review but that s earned not just given. And renters deserve to know what they are dealing with.
