It took 2 years for the case to resolve my non-fault claim due to third party kept denying for no reasons. It was third party's fault. My claim was transferred to 3-4 case workers during this time. It was very stressfull time and finally my case went to Joanne who dealt my non-fault claim and solved it by issuing court proceeding.the third party insurer who denied the claim finally came for fair settlement.
