I have recently been wanting to start road biking, and so I was recomended to check out this trek store. Dawn, one of the women who works there, explained to me the basics of road biking, directed me towards entry level bikes, let me ride a couple and was great showing me options of bikes she recommended for me without being pushy on my buying a bike that day. She was wonderful in giving me space and understanding that I have a budget when buying a bike. The staff was great, very happy with my experience. I would go back!
