We were visiting from N J. We were in the store as a family of 7. My daughter was shopping with my husband in the junior section. My adult daughter was in skin care. I was shopping in the jewelry section looking for a gift for my mother who was not able to travel with us. The young man behind the counter walls over and asked if I needed assistance, I expressed i was just looking for now. He replied with the most disrespectful comment I have ever heard. His comment was the store did not have anything on sale, implying count afford the full price items. We tried to get a manager from another young lady who was not helpful and as we walked away we heard her saying she doesn't care. I have never been so insulte, needless to say I stopped my family from shopping and left immediately. I am im customer service, I would immediately them in my office. I would hope this is not the service that Macy's allows their employees give.
