Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. You should consider what other people have going on in their lives before you waste their time I've been waiting to have a scheduled c section since 6am, its now 10am. I can't eat or drink anything since last night, I only got 2 hours of sleep. I made plans for my kids, took off work, and rearranged everything for this date (which they picked)!!! So why didn't anyone tell me the possibility of this happening until 5am the day of surgery? I will never come to this hospital again. I should have gone to York hospital like i did last time...
Just to update this review, i ended up taking out the i.v. at 9pm n leaving. Still pregnant. I didn't eat since 9pm the night before. They didn't give me anything to eat or drink or even ice chips which i was told i could have, but never brought. The next day i had to return to have a c section, alone this time, since my best friend couldn't take off work another day to be with me. It was horrible. I will never go here again. I didn't even go back for my post partum checkup at 6 weeks because of what i went through there. Ughh. Horrible.
