Jamie did an excellent job designing our floral arrangements for our wedding! We met two times before the wedding: once to show her our color scheme and inspiration and once to finalize all of our choices. She created a floral mood board for us to give us an idea of what colors and flowers would be included. She was also very helpful when it came to pricing and what was possible. She worked to give us what we wanted while staying within our budget.

On the day of the wedding, I brought the cuff of my mom s wedding dress to wrap around the bouquet and Jamie helped me by putting it all together while I was having my hair done. Every bouquet, boutonniere, and corsage was absolutely stunning. She brought our vision to life. If you are able, absolutely book Jamie as your florist.

Justin was awesome at curating the vibe of the evening, and all of our guests had an awesome time during the dance! He was prompt at responding to our questions before the wedding and went above and beyond to accommodate us as we personalized some of the ceremony music.

Unfortunately, we did have a few difficulties on the day of the wedding. Before the wedding, we discussed the pronunciation of the names of the wedding party and he wrote some down phonetically. When it came time for the grand march, he mispronounced a few of those names. He also seemed to have issues starting the music on time and at the right volume in the Van Dusen Mansion ballroom because the equipment is farther back in the hallway.

We also created a video to play during the first dance. We brought the computer and HDMI cable for it but were told during dinner that the projector in the carriage house couldn t play it. We were told this while eating our entrees at dinner. We wish the video would have been tested in the morning rather than coming up with a backup plan at dinner while also trying to entertain our guests. Luckily, the Van Dusen Mansion s Venue Director, Christy, fixed the issue before the dance.

Once we actually got into the dance portion of the evening, Justin did an amazing job! Our guests loved the music selection, and he responded to any requests within our limits.
