Really not happy with Salon Direct's service regar...

Really not happy with Salon Direct's service regarding my order that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday after ordering it well before the cut off time for next day delivery on Wednesday only to find out it was 2 day delivery (mentioned in the product details which you only see if you click the arrow button - not everyone will read the product detail section, this kind of info needs to be more blatant and mentioned in checkout too) and their delivery provider didn't provide tracking details to provide time estimate so I didn't know when to expect them and ended up missing the delivery! It was a time sensitive delivery and I needed the table for tomorrow. I won't be getting it till Monday now so way past when I need it. Feel really let sown by this company.

Customer Service didn't really seem to care that this was time sensitive and were quite unfussed about this.

Really, really disappointed because they had good reviews. If you require goods delivered within a tight frame then order well in advance or go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here again for my supplies.

Update: I finally got a call from DX who said he would try and re deliver the same day which they did so I'm glad that I was able to get in time for when I needed it so it has turned out better than previously thought so rating went up to 4 star from the initial 2.
