This place is truly unique and does everything well. This is anything but a "hut". It's huge (or as a well-known billionaire with bad hair would say, 'yooge'). At check-in, they gave us a 90-minute wait. My poor starving daughter was less than happy. However, we found a fun table in the bar, ordered some top-notch drinks and a tasty appetizer and were seating in under 60 minutes. Win! She and I had the Austin-tini, a potent margarita sourced from local suppliers and amongst the best I've had...anywhere! Mi eposa had a delicious, but certainly not great, Mai Tai. The atmosphere here is festive, relaxed, and inviting. Unique approach to chips: get 'em yer darn self! Entrees were as big as the restaurant (yooge!) and quite tasty. In rare fashion, the food defeated this hungry guy and made for a great lunch the next day. The staff were excellent. We will certainly return to Hula Hut next time we're in the area!
