This is such an amazing place!! We visited on a rainy Sunday, expecting to just have a look around. We ended up staying for hours! There's 5 floors split into various sections. The top floor is slit into meeting rooms with an outdoor section, which gives amazing views over Liverpool. The very bottom is dedicated to children, with every book imaginable. There's loads of comfy places to sit here where you can curl up with your little ones and read. Toilets on all floors.
