I love 2 stars because it is a 4 star hotel but it doesn't feel like a 4 star.I ordered a deluxe no smoking room upstairs, he gave me the 1st floor room, then I still asked for the top floor but was told to wait another 1-2 hours, even though I checked in already hours 3 / 4an (where normally at 2:00 p.m. check-in time), then other options can directly occupy the upstairs room but smoking room, and finally I chose that room, when I entered it really smelled of cigarettes . then the interior is not very well for me, starting from the bed cover which has a lot of cigarette smoke stains, a few TV channel choices, the bathroom furniture is dislodged, no electricity plug is near the bed so it goes back and forth if you check the cellphone that is charging, the air conditioner is not cold enough, paint the walls are peeling off. for friendly service. if parking the vehicle outside it gets dirty.
in my opinion this hotel is good if it is cared for and given new innovations "in terms of interior design and architecture.
