We were in Durham for a family medical emergency. Got a nice car at the last minute, added a driver after 5 days, extended the rental easily with a quick phone call. We had many special needs and we were accommodated with efficiency and kindness. All at a good price. No hassle at a time when we needed to focus on other things.
