1. Awesome service. In other places you might be well served, in this Steigenberger you feel indulged or spoiled. Everyone in his/her position is serving you with a smile.
2. Great food, variety of items, variety of restaurants, quality, taste, freshness.
3. Quick response to solve problems (if any).
4. Lost and found service, with storage area, camera system recordings, even managers involved in case of valuable stuff (an iphone was missing, pool-area supervisor and manager were there before I reach reception area to ask about it, staff helped in searching for it, and to my embarrassment, it was in one of our beach bags), but issue handling was perfect.
In short, it is said that everything has a price, but the service we received was priceless!!
