The people are super friendly and my massage therapist was so nice but my massage was terrible. I asked for firm pressure and I couldn't even feel it. I asked for more pressure after a few minutes and no difference. I'm not a deep tissue massage person either but I do like to feel it. I think I might have fallen asleep at 1 point because I felt nothing. I was going to let the girls at the front desk know but they never asked. Also I'm not a member so I paid $109.00 to nap.

Follow up to this, the manager called me and helped me find a wonderful therapist named Kelsey and she is wonderful! She is the best massage therapist I've been to in a very long time so thank you so much for all your help and I have become a member. Great management helped turn a terrible experience into a great one. Thank you
