used to be better. if the bike mechanic says they are fully booked I may understand, if the bike mechanic recommends to make an appointment in October for June, it's simply hilarious and not authentic ....

I was treated like *absolute dirt*, I highly discourage shopping here.

I have shopped at Tempo previously for Castelli kit, gels etc and was always been happy with the range and service. I went in this evening to buy a specific item and was treated abysmally when I asked if they could match the online price on their own website.

If I could leave zero stars I would.

Brought a bike to see if needed repair. Manager was super rude!
He said I bought the bicycle online therefore I am killing his business and he should refuse to take a look at my bicycle. I've never seen anything like this. Eventually he caved in a took a look at the bicycle but not without miss treating me. I'll never buy there or take my bike for repair. He then wonders I people do business online instead.

-Unfortunately, my bike made loud noises after the service, which was not the case before. They looked for the mistake in me. After complaining, it is still cracking.
-Price unfortunately CHF 70 more than agreed without notifying me.

Sport Shop with a great selection of products related to triathlon

When asked friendly, if I can mount the cassette on my Turbotrainer one is zugetextet with cynical remarks and allegations.
Eg: "They did not buy that from us .... because of people like you, who buy everything online, we will not have it soon anymore ..." or "... people want, that they just walk into the bike workshop can and expect to always help ... "
To answer the question of the older, bald-headed gentleman: If you had to do it, then because your customer service is under every sow.
The 30 CHF for a 5min work (which I like to pay and said) was the last CHF I spent here.
Unfortunately it has been confirmed what you hear from cycling and triathlon circuits - unsympathetic troupe.

Unfortunately, workshop is not recommended. Spare parts for bicycles from a foreign brand could not be procured and a flat rate of CHF 60 was charged for the trial. This would be fair if I, as a layperson, hadn't found the spare part online within 5 minutes.

Self-service cashiers at Migros have more social skills and manners than the staff at Tempo Sport. Do yourself a favor and go shopping where they know how to treat customers professionally.

Unfortunately my size was sold out and couldn't be reordered, but the service and the KnoffHoff were very good.

Was in the workshop to get my racing bike fixed, change gear and new handlebar tape. It was neither possible to leave the bike there, nor to make an appointment before June / July (6-8 weeks), "to Rapperswil". Was it still explained that such work is preferred done in winter and customers know that. I understand that the boys are busy, but the way they were treated was arrogant and condescending. The store is going well, new customers are not wanted, it seems. In any case, I don't go anymore, my wife wanted to buy a Campagnolo group and they had been told that you shouldn't build in such a model - she also doesn't go anymore.

When the sports shop tell you that they don't have 5 minutes to see your bike and suggests an appointment for months later, it is not a good sign. Unfriendly staff

Avoid this shop for repairs. Very poor mechanical ability. First time 3 spokes failed, second time they screwed up the frame and the third time the gears jammed and failed - throwing me off my bike (days after a new drivetrain was installed). Just don t go there.

Super shop, large offer, competent and nice people. Team set up. The fitting station and the events such as panel discussions are very cool.

not cheap, but they understand something about your craft! Align the bike with aerodynamics. Very competent.
