They are severely under the pump and understaffed....

They are severely under the pump and understaffed. The food and beverage staff were super friendly and the front office ok but stressed. I felt for them during covid19. Overall a great stay - make sure you choose megalong wing for rooms. Dinner was delicious and it is very clean and good processed for covid19.
