B&H sold me a damaged subwoofer that I bought new ...
B&H sold me a damaged subwoofer that I bought new online, and after I contacted them about the damage, B&H didn't properly compensate for the damage done to the product. They offered a very low refund amount for the damage, and compared to how much this subwoofer costs, it was not a fair and proportionate refund amount. Now I have a damaged subwoofer for about the same price of a new one.
I definitely won't be doing business with B&H in the future because of this situation.
