There are some great pro's and somemajor con's here.

So where to begin: if you breathing in other people's second hand smoke whilst eating, sitting getting a coffee.....just about anywhere apart from you own room (that appear all to be smoking rooms given they all have ash trays) then this is the place for you.

The place is little dated, albeit the rooms are large, well presented.

The staff on the whole were efficient but there were a few that ignored you if you were not tipping constantly....which made you not want to room then.at all.

On my third day the metal sun shade; wind protector came crashing down, almost crushing me. (Pictures attached) The response from the hotel management initially sorry that shouldn't have happened. I was eventually asked if I was ok and offered a bottle of wine and a meal.

However not a great response as I was all inclusive. I did get a fruit basket....see photo.

To finish great location, staff were generally fine and helpful, food was ok, roms were good but a little dated, the entertainment was ok but ruined by the smoking, to emphasis the point the smoking policy was awful....the customer relations left a lot to be desired.
