Just to follow up on this review for Dec 2020
What is worse than having a bad experience with a service department? I posted my bad experience with DVNT on Dec 27, 2020 the next day The Don Valley North Toyota Digital Team response and asking me to contact them by email in order for them to fix things right. I did the same date and they finally forward my information to their team at DVNT on Dec 29, 2020. AND after a whole month no actions have been taken. As this indicating how much they care about their customers concern. WOW!!!!!
