Horrible experience... very very disrespectful staff... my in- laws stayed for 2 nights, each day landed being traumatic. THE HOTEL STAFF IS INVOLVED IN STEALING FROM GUESTS. A racket that has everyone involved especially the management as no camera no support was offered when my father in laws phone( Samsung S8) got stolen from inside the room. Reception or management showed no support to old age guests rather abruptly kept calling in the room asking my in laws to vacate. They are old and were treated with no respect at all. This is unacceptable and shows that this hotel specializes in no manners and have disgraceful staff. I highly urge no one to go for this hotel.
