Went with a friend, and on her recommendation. I'm giving it three stars because she and my wife both enjoyed their dishes. The restaurant, while fairly well decorated, struck me as very "touristy," which I get since it's in a tourist area. I got the menudo. Stock was under seasoned, and the tripas has been cooked down to nothing. I'm used to a grittier dish with just a hint of the barn floor (if you know what I mean) and some chew to the entrails. This stuff was like eating unflavored gelatin. I put all the red salsa on top and all the raw onion they brought. I had hoped to find some flavor, but just ended up with unflavored gelatin and onions. At least the girls had fun.
