I dont recall the name of the woman I spoke to jus...

I dont recall the name of the woman I spoke to just now, but I was calling to see if I could still pay late without penalty. (They said they extended the no penaltys for another 60 days, I should get my 3yr 400 deposit back if I pay). I explained I am sick and cannot work for a while and after responding to her saying "feel better" I was still talking and she hung up on me. Honestly shameful behavior for a professional when the automated line said I was the only person in line waiting to be spoken to.... I wasn't going to tell her my whole life story she didn't even give me a chance to say thank you.
