Marjorie, I am ecstatic to report that I just had my best month in over 10 years! This month will be right around $4 million. Here we are not even six months into coaching and I love the results I am seeing.

For starters, I notice that now when I am talking to people that I am more likeable, people want to work with me. And I have to give you some of the credit for this, but just at a recent event three agents sought me out wanting me to work with them!

I am way more efficient with my time now and I am more consistent with my income producing activities. With your help, I have found the right mix of phone calls to agents and clients and face to face realtor appointments to continue to grow.

As an initially reluctant student of coaching, I would quote Nick Saban, trust the process . Having someone you like and trust hold you accountable is uncomfortable, yet rewarding. I have learned to change the way I react to adversity, and also the way I think to become more positive. I have noticed a definite change in what I say to potential clients, and this is yielding more meetings, which will continue to result in more closings.
