An absolutely outstanding service experience. My Jeep had an odd traction-control system problem that was very difficult to diagnose. It took a few visits, but they kept at it until the actual cause was found and repaired it without further charge. I've been an engineer for 40 years but this one would have baffled me. Good job, Champion! My repeat business is guaranteed.
