I called twice in one month requesting an itemized statement for the debt they filed on my credit report as I would like to take care of it they proceeded to tell them that I would need to contact the company when I informed them that by law they are to have an itemized statement on file from the company that is alleging that I owe them a debt if not on file then they need to submit a request from that company. They continued over talk me and cut me off asking would I pay it or not. I asked to speak with a manager the employee told me speaking with a manager will not help you out so just pay it. I asked again for a manager as I did not want to believe this company was representing itself in such a negative manner the employee hung up on me. I call again and got another gentlemen but when I proceeded to tell him my issue his only concern was about the debt and told me again that speaking to a manager would not help me and hung on me. all within a 30 minute period. over a so called debt of $127. This company needs a serious lesson on customer service and needs to hire better employees. I understand collecting debt is never an easy job and you deal with all kinds of people that are not always friendly but treating every customer like the bad guy when I am TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF THIS DEBT but I simply want a itemized statement for my own records as I keep account of what I spend.

I never got that itemized statement and decided to pay this acount anyway thinking it would hurry up and get them out of my life. was not able to verify if the account actually belonged to me or not as this company is really bad in accuracy and customer service. the 1 thing i asked was for a paid in full letter reflecting the current balance which is $0 Jess Moreno sends me a letter with the balance reflecting as if it was never paid off but my checking account says differently. when asked about it she states that is how their letters come and cannot be altered but if the credit bureau reads it thoroughly they will come to the conclusion it was paid off. I submitted the letter to quick score and they stated the letter still reflects as the account not paid off as i knew it would. I have been calling and have gotten no help or rectification. you have gotten your money all i need is one simple letter and we can NEVER speak again hopefully. i have contacted the better business bureau and expect one way or another that this be resolved.
