Room not clean when we arrived, dirty towels hanging in closet no soap and extra blanket in closet was not cleaned. We had to wait an hour to get a new blanket and pillows that should have already been there. Spoke with front desk employee and was told no room credit or discount would be offered because the manager wasn't there. How disappointing. I've been to Hampton inns before and they were excellent but this one really let my family and I down.
