Bought two vehicles in less than one year. Good experience with my sales guy Antonio. Cancelled GAP insurance when I purchased my second vehicle in December was told I would be refunded for the remainder of GAP insurance. Still have not received anything nor can I get in contact with my finance person Luke. This is probably the last vehicle I will purchase through trend unless this issue is resolved soon. Very disappointing and unprofessional
